Unlike traditional snorkels, The Powerbreather allows you breathe in and out via two totally separate channels; breathe in new, oxygen-rich air when you inhale, breathe out CO2 from the bottom. The system also uses a membrane system to prevent water from getting in. Breathe as naturally as you would on land.

Have used my Ameo for the last five years in the pool and on my lake swims ,super product,well made.
it’s a real joy to swim on very windy days as no water can enter snorkel!

I fin swim in an open cold salt water environment with a frontal tuba! Ameo Powerbreather is a great addition to my kit and I love the free visibility factor it offers... as well as the amplitude of fresh air to inhale.

Low points: the tightening strap pulls the mouth piece towards the mouth. A tight fit may mean to much pressure on front teeth. Also, the mouth piece could benefit from more space from tube (my lower lip and upper chin feel somewhat compressed). Lastly, the grid protecting the out valve may fall off make sure its tight.

I feel this is a very good product with greatness still lurking in the evolution of a few minor adjustments...

I am somewhat disappointed with item because I have not received replacement parts which were to be shipped 2 to 4 weeks .  As of yet have not received them.  Does it mean that it is necessary to make a phone inquiry as to when I am to receive  items
