Designed to take the chill out of your swim, the Aqua Skin Full suit uses 1mm glideskin neoprene to increase speed and freedom of movement in the water by reducing drag coefficient. Thermo-Guard technology provides warmth and max flexibility and range of motion in the shoulders, legs and chest.

I received the (discontinued) Phelps version of this suit which is what I wanted all along. If Triboutique had advertised it as such, I could have avoided wasting two weeks sourcing it elsewhere.

So imagine my ecstatic reaction when I opened the box and Phelpsie was there instead. I cannot comment on the newer version of the Aqua Skin, but the Phelps is just the right thickness for 18-24-degree water and the hydrophobic coating makes you glide.

Great. Phelps sleeveless model is more stretchy and, I think, a bit warmer than the older Aqua Sphere shorty (with short sleeves). The fit is the same. For colder swims I use this suit with Zone3 Neoprene Warmth Vest to keep the core warm.
