All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be issued prior to shipping any items back to Triboutique. To issue a Return Authorization, we require your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return using the form below:
All RA requests must be received within 30 calendar days of delivery, with the exception of items purchased between November 1st and December 10th of each year. To accommodate holiday shopping, Return/Exchange requests for items purchased between November 1 and December 9 of the same year may be submitted until January 10th of the following year.

The customer must ship the items they wish to return to address provided with the RA via a traceable method, at their own cost, within 5 business days of the Return Authorization being issued. For the customer’s protection, we recommend that the returned shipment be insured. Triboutique is not responsible for damaged or lost return shipments.
After the Return Authorization has been issued, returns may also be dropped off in person at no charge at: The UPS Store, 6647 Fraser St, Vancouver, BC, V5X 0K3. Note the full return address and Return Authorization number must still appear on the parcel being dropped off.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused with original tags, and in re-sellable condition. For hygienic reasons, we request that all apparel be tried on for size with underwear on first, before the first use. All promotional free or discounted accessory must be returned in unused and re-sellable condition. Failure to return free/discounted accessories will result in the regular price of those accessory being deducted.
Wetsuits may not be worn in water and must have all tags and original packaging in order to be returned.
Items returned without original tags or without original packaging may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If a shipping promotion was used for the original order, Triboutique shall deduct actual shipping charges before a credit is processed.
Triboutique may not be responsible for COD / Collect charges incurred at the time the return shipment is received from the carrier (Examples: Freight Collect, Duty for International returns etc.)
Once the returned merchandise is received, Triboutique will promptly replace any defective merchandise, exchange with items of the same value if the original product is no longer available, or issue a store credit or refund in the value of the returned items, minus shipping charges.
Aqua Lung, Aqua Sphere, Michael Phelps, Zoot, Colting products carry a limited warranty of 15 calendar days, from the date the product is received. Other products sold on Triboutique.ca generally carry a limited warranty of 30 calendar days or the applicable manufacturers' warranty for the product purchased, whichever is longer. Warranty requests must be made in writing to Triboutique within the applicable warranty period, after the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of warranty items if the warranty request is made 15 days or more after the item was received.
Our swim goggle/Mask warranty only applies to visible manufacturing defects. We do not guarantee the fit, which includes leaks arising from an inedequate fit. Fog formation on lenses can be prevented with antifog products - which we highly recommend - and is not covered by warranty.
Neoprene products used in chlorinated water - including neoprene shorts - are covered for 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
We guarantee that nutritional items purchased on our website will have an expiration date at least 2 months out or more at the time it is shipped. Example: A product with an expiration date of 07/2023 will not be shipped after 31/05/2023.
Note: this return policy does not apply to products that are marked as final sale items, as well as nutritional products.
