Conditions:
  • Must mention "Triboutique Pick Up" at the pick up counter.
  • Pick up orders must be placed online.
  • Coupon code must be entered at checkout. Must select "Free Shipping" method, even though the order will not be shipped to the customer's address.
  • Do not attempt to pick up before receiving an email notification that your items have arrived and are ready for pick up.
  • Pick ups are generally available within 1-2 business days after the order is submitted.
  • Government issued picture ID + signature required at the time of pick up. Name must match the order. Business customers must specify the name of the individual at the time of placing their order.
  • The Pick up Fee is not refundable.
  • Pick ups will be held for one week after the pick up email is sent out.
  • Exchanges, returns are only accepted with the proper return authorization information.
