The Positive Drive Fins (PDFs) use a unique ellipsoidal blade to generate correct propulsion in all swim strokes. Traditionally fins are not made for Breaststroke, but the asymmetrical shape and adjustable heel strap allows the swimmer to safely build power in the Breaststroke kick.

Being a beginner I use the PDF swim fins for treading water and breaststroke; which works quite well. It felt odd, at first, to use the fins for breaststroke.  However after just a few days the purchase paid-off.  With basic freestyle and backstroke, it's a no-brainer: it really does feel like the only pair of fins you'll ever need.

Also just as impressive as the product is the prompt and pleasant service Triboutique.ca offered, since I ordered the item online.  It arrived at my place without any problems.
