This order came through the post very promptly, However  I was a bit annoyed that  Hammer has changed the ingredients, and even the taste (even though they are capsules) is somewhat stale.  but I've used them for workouts  and they still work just as well as the original product.

I used to always get cramps on long, hot bike rides over about 140km. My first ride using these was 200km with about 2000m of climbing in sweltering heat--absolutely no cramping!
