I love that there is no chin strap.  The orange is intense, which is great.  It comes down over my forehead better than any standard swim cap!   That alone is huge for me in cold water.

It runs a little large.  My head is 23" circumference which should be an XXL, but I think the L/XL would have been better.  It stays in place fine over a laytex cap however so I won't bother to return it to try the L/XL.

This hat doesn’t quite go far enough to cover my ears well. I measured my head and ordered the proper size suggested. Now I’ll have to look for another neoprene swim cap or hood that will work for me in cold water.

I was worried it wouldn’t work because it didn’t have a chin stap and unlike regular thin silicon caps,it isn’t as elastic.  However the velcro at the back and the design does work.  I don’t like chin straps as they chafe.

You accidentally shipped 2 hats which I reported and I returned one but had no acknowledgment of receipt or even a thank you for doing so.  CustService could be improved :)
