Ordering was easy and delivery was really fast. My one complaint is that it isn't clear on the website that the Shape belt is for men. There is a women's belt, a men's belt, and a Shape belt (not marked gender specific). Since the Shape belt is more expensive, I assumed it must be superior and ordered it. I'm an average size woman so I have the wrong product. Otherwise, the ordering procedure and delivery were easy as pie. I would order from Triboutique again but be more careful that I'm getting the appropriate product.
