Perfect on its own or under a shorty or a wetsuit for added warmth. It is flexible, easy to put on and doesn't impede movement in any way for any style - I forget that I'm wearing it. According to the size chart, I am between sizes, as the width that would fit me is too short in length. I bought the larger size as advised by Triboutique (always a good idea to ask when in doubt), and it fits perfectly. As an additional note: sizing seems to be the same as Orca wetsuits (rather than their swimsuits).
