The shampoo and conditioner are terrible. The shampoo turns your hair into a straw-like, matted mess and the conditioner leaves your hair with a sticky film no matter how much you rinse. I do not have coloured or processed hair, all natural so can't blame it on that. The shower gel and body lotion are terrific. Love the smell of all the products, but the hair products are horrible. Will never order again.
